Wood, paper and pulp
The huge damage that can be caused by tree trunks falling onto a conveyor belt hardly needs further explanation. But later stages of the timber processing and paper production also impose often very extreme demands on conveyor belts too.
Dunlop belts are available in a wide variety of carcass constructions and cover properties including impact resistant belts for the transportation of trunks and beams, oil and turpentine resistant belts for the movement of wood shavings and sawdust, non-staining belts for finished products and even a belt designed specifically for sawmills.
